Loi Suites hotel – an oasis of peace and tranquility located in the subtropical jungle Iryapu near the Parque National Iguazu.
Loi Suites Hotel in Puerto Iguazu.
The Iguazu National Park with stunning waterfalls, colored by myriad of rainbows, clouds of mist, thriving vegetation, abundant wild birds … (to keep it short) is certainly one of the most important tourist destinations in South American.
The intensity of emotions we are exposed to during the visit to the Iguazu waterfalls convinced me that the next most important decision to take when taking the trip to the Iguazu Falls National Park is to select the right hotel.
For sure we all have our own ideas about what it may be as it is a highly subjective feeling.
My suggestion however is to chose the secluded area offering similarly stunning environment as Iguazu Falls.
After spending the whole day gazing at so beautiful waterfalls the last thing you may want is to spoil these feelings with shops, bars and more crowd.
So the best answer is in these words: Welcome to the secluded Loi-Suites hotel - an oasis of peace and tranquility hidden in the subtropical forest not far from the famous waterfalls.
Nothing better matches the atmosphere of the Parque National Iguazu than a rain-forest hotel with infinity pools……

Loi Suites Iguazu Hotel, situated about 5 km from the Puerto Iguazu in the middle of the rain-forest seems to be the best choice. It is easily accessible by car thanks to the new concrete road. But let’s be clear here:
- this is the best choice for those booking the trip through an agency as a package. The agency shuttle bus will pick you up for any tour in the area including trips to the Brazilian side. Otherwise each time you have to pay a taxi to get to/from the Parque National Iguazu and as we well know – bills are adding up quickly.
- Also, this is the best location for those wanting to relax after day’s attractions in the park. If you think to go to Puerto Iguazu, or for some shopping etc… then as pointed out it will cost extra bucks unless you have your own car.
To be honest when in Buenos Aires we were looking for an agency where we can book the trip to the Iguacu Falls, we passed by the Acatum Travel office (Recoleta) decorated with pictures of the Loi Suites Hotel in Puerto Iguazu.
Since the first moment we knew that this is the place we want to be. BTW - the cost of the hotel booked through Acatum agency was a fraction of what was displayed at the hotel’s lobby.
The rest is the history I will try to document on these pages (the Iguassu waterfalls together with a huge amount of pictures are covered on several pages by: Iguacu Falls
Assuming that we agreed on the above conditions, lets start the tour of this spectacular place throughout this Free Rainforest Hotels Pictures site.
The Loi Suites hotel was built quite recently and as every new establishment it needs some time to roll smoothly. Time for staff to understand every detail of customer service, time for each item to pass its “infancy” period – but I guess these problems are understandable.
But when you can close your eyes on few possible annoyances (keep in mind that we – westerners are often quite “rotten spoiled” usually expecting the best according to “our standards” and having little tolerance for anything “out of usual”.
Sometimes it is even humoristic … I cannot forget the story read in Budget Travel by a young American couple travelling with kids to France. To show their kids the “different world” they were choosing fine French restaurants serving as you can imagine quite sophisticated food (you can have a true taste of it going to the French Culinary Institute in NYC).
Then at the end of the trip in a rush to the airport they stopped at McDonald to hear their kids loudly acclaiming – “Finally the real fooooood!”.
After this funny true story let's go back for the tour of the rainforest hotel - Loi Suites in Iguazu Falls. It is understandable that before taking your phone to make a reservation call you would like to see more.
